Convert your standard crush cut holder (ref item 10055) into a razor cut system.
This insert slides into the holder, replacing the crush blade in less than 1 minute. Razor insert can be thrown on/off using the same air system for crush cut blade.
Razor cut depth is adjustable and has 4 cutting edges. When 1 edge wears, simply turn to another one of the 4 cutting edges, before blade replacement is needed.
Cut: Film, Plastic, and Liners.
Supplied complete with: Aluminum holder and 1 razor (.017 Tk x 3/4 W x 2-1/4 LG) blade. Replacement razor blades sold separately (standard PN 10127RZR or long life type PN 10234)
